The Women of Christ Church invited everyone to send us a photo of yourselves wearing red, and we're extremely pleased to share this collage with you today! This is all to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease, which claims the lives of one in every three women. Nearly 80 percent of cardiac events can actually be prevented, so when we take care of our hearts as self-care, we set an example for others.
