Lenten Meditation : Fill Us with the Spirit of Joy

O Most Holy One, giving breath to all that lives

Inspire us and fill us with a spirit of joy,

That we may grow in love for you and all that you have made,

Knowing your presence deep within us

In the intimacy of our inner being.

So may your love embolden and empower us,

That we may never be ashamed or afraid

Of bearing you in the world.  Amen
